Your first visit to the office of Dr. Alan Smolen will establish the foundation of our relationship with you. During the initial visit, we will obtain important background information regarding your medical and dental history.

FROM: 95 Northbound
Exit 95 at the Newtown-Yardley exit (Exit 49, Rt. 332). Turn left at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Stony Hill Road. Stay straight through the next traffic light and the name of the road changes to Township Line Road. Make the second left into the Floral Vale complex.

FROM: 95 Southbound
Exit 95 at the Newtown-Yardley exit (Exit 49, Rt. 332). Bear right at the end of the exit ramp. Turn left at the first traffic light onto Stony Hill Road. Stay straight through the next traffic light and the name of the road changes to Township Line Road. Make the second left into the Floral Vale complex.

FROM: Rt. 413 North
Turn right at the traffic light onto Winchester Avenue (at Attleboro). At the traffic light, bear left. Winchester Avenue becomes Langhorne-Yardley Road. Continue on Langhorne-Yardley Road past Maple Point School and cross Township Line. Take the first left into the Floral Vale complex.

FROM: Rt. 413 South
Turn left at the traffic light onto Winchester Avenue (at Attleboro). Follow the direction for Rt. 413 North.

FROM: Rt. 1 Northbound
Exit Rt. 1 at the Maple Avenue exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Maple Avenue. Turn right onto Flowers Mill Road North. At the second traffic light (dead end) turn right onto Langhorne-Yardley Road. Continue on Langhorne-Yardley Road past Maple Point School. Cross Township Line Road and turn left into the Floral Vale complex.

Rt. 1 Northbound (alternate)
Exit Rt. 1 at the Oxford Valley exit. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp. At the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto Big Oak Road. Big Oak Road becomes Township Line Road. Follow Township Line to Langhorne-Yardley Road and turn right onto Langhorne-Yardley. Turn left into Floral Vale complex.

FROM: Rt. 1 Southbound
Exit Rt. 1 at the Maple Avenue exit. Go straight at the light at the end of the exit ramp onto Flowers Mill Road. At the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Langhorne-Yardley Road. Continue on Langhorne-Yardley Road past Maple Point School. Cross Township Line Road and turn left into the Floral Vale complex.

Rt. 1 Southbound (alternate)

Exit at Philadelphia exit #28 and follow directions for Rt. 1 Northbound.
