Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our web site. Of course you can feel free to contact us the traditional way by telephone. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Once a plan of treatment is decided upon, we will help in maximizing your insurance benefits. Our office assists in determining the appropriate care for each patient independent of dental insurance.

Facilities and Equipment
Dr. Smolen and his staff take pride in their state of the art facility. Each operatory is equipped with its own flat panel television. Our equipment includes:
- Intra oral camera
- Panoramic x-ray machine
- Diagnodent-laser tooth decay detector
We use digital photography to photograph all of our cases, taking before and after treatment pictures.
